Experience at an automotive dealership is highly preferred Must have a minimum 1-year experience with automotive parts Experience with Dealer Track software helpful Pleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Able to lift up to 20ibs Neat, clean, professional appearance Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check The Counter Person Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.

The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.
