Position Overview As a Used Car Sales Manager, you are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in every aspect of the job.
Oversee the used car department and ensure smooth operations Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Manage inventory control, including sourcing, pricing, and merchandising of used vehicles Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor pricing Train and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets Collaborate with finance department to secure financing options for customers Create a positive working environment and sales culture Qualifications 5
years of sales and/or management experience in a dealership Lead outstanding customer service and high employee engagement programs and systems Create a safe and positive working climate for employees to excel and promote Pleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Neat, clean, professional appearance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check Required
Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive work experience coupled with a great attitude, an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and a proven record of results.

Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $8,000.
00 and $18,000.

The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.
00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.
00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
