The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills.
This role primarily involves managing front desk duties while also creating engaging social media content to promote our medical spa services.
Days Needed:
Fridays and Saturdays for the duration of the training period ( 1 month) then eventually Tuesday - Saturday, with occasional Mondays for content creation and management meetings.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage appointment reminders.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions via Square Point of Sale Platforms.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, products, and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
Create engaging social media content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Develop content calendars and plan social media campaigns to promote services and specials.
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with management to brainstorm creative ideas for content and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college education or currently enrolled in college preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or aesthetic experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
